In the beautiful setting of the Nailsea Tithe Barn, I’ll guide and support you as we:
- Move and breathe together: with yoga-inspired practices to prepare and strengthen our bodies and our nervous systems for the winter season
- Observe and reflect together: with meditation and journaling to help us connect more deeply with ourselves and get clear on our intentions for the months ahead
- Rest together: with the deep relaxation practice of yoga nidra to nurture and heal our physical and emotional selves
This mini-retreat is for you if you are a woman who is ready to:
- take a few hours out of your day-to-day to pause, and rest, and just be with yourself
- claim some space for yourself, where you can focus on listening to and caring for your body and your mind
- spend some quality time with yourself, and with other like-minded women
You don’t need any previous experience of yoga or meditation to join and fully benefit from all that this mini-retreat has to offer.
